Our Products:
Most of our products are now supplied, printed and fulfilled by a global “print on demand” company. Our products have expanded to include wall art, mugs and many more.. Our apparel selection and brands has expanded  to Unisex apparels from long-sleeve T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and 3/4 raglan t-shirts. Kids apparels are now available.  “Caps” are currently supplied  separately from a variety available in New Zealand. We will update our list if we decide to use other brands.

Currency/Prices:

Our prices are in New Zealand Dollars(NZD). Prices exclude shipping costs which are calculated at check out.  There are two options on shipping costs available at check out for your selection. Final costs of your purchase and shipment timeframe depends on the shipping cost you select

Design/Image /Colour Quality:
We take pride in our unique designs and the color quality of our products. We strive to accomplish this service. Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result; machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Colour quality of our products and images might be different on your device based on screen resolution and the type of device you use. 

Shipping/Delivery:
We deliver to more than 170 countries and have local production in 34 countries. All shipping and delivery services for Labozz is now handled by our supplier except for the “caps”.  Note: a customs fee may apply to your order if it is produced internationally. It will be confirmed when you place your order. Labozz is still responsible for ensuring your order is delivered on specified time by our supplier. Note: the timeframe of your shipment depends on the location of your order production. This is based on the closest available supplier to your location ready and available to supply your order and shipped to customers between 1-2 weeks.

Shipping Options: In most countries we offer the following options: Standard/Economy and express shipping. Pallet Shipping is for huge orders weighing over 28kg.

Shipping Providers: There are more than 30 shipping providers globally that our supplier uses to deliver orders. The usual Standard and Express Postal services are available for your selection at check out.

Order shipment tracking links will be sent to your email as soon as it’s available.

$4.20 Delivery costs included in item costs up to 3 kg. Extras will be charged accordingly.

Send to a rural address + $4.30
Optional: signature on delivery $3
Delivery times: NZ Post aims to deliver in 3-5 business days. 

Damaged/Faulty products:

We try our best to provide our customers with the best quality products however damaged and faulty products are also unavoidable. We do apologise in advance and will take full responsibility by sending you a “replacement” as soon as we receive the damaged item within 15 days of receiving your order. Please also send us images/photos of damaged products as soon as you check and open your package via our contact email: labozz@outlook.com . Our responsible team will inspect and approve claimed damages and advice on results and the next steps via email or your preferred contact provided.

Measurements/Guidelines:

To avoid returns and disappointments. Please carefully select the “correct measurements” for your selected product/purchase from the information and guidelines provided.

 

Returns and Refund:
On completion of procedures in our Damaged/Faulty Section. We will act upon your request if you would like a “replacement” on your order or a “refund”. We would rather fix the problem and send a replacement however if you insist on a refund we will proceed as soon as possible to process refund. We would advice to allow between 3-7 working days for your refund to appear in your nominated bank account. Please also be advised of the normal transaction bank fees/charges depending on your bank policies.
