Shipping and delivery policy:
We deliver items New Zealand-wide and international using New Zealand Post. Please refer

Pricing policy:
All of our prices are in New Zealand dollars(NZD) and include GST (goods and services tax). Some of our publications carry a nominal charge only. All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart.

Customer service policy:
Labozz is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We endeavour to make sure that all items listed on our website are available, and that pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund/return policy:
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where items are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different from what you purchased on the website. Please refer FAQ for full details.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

Labozz “may” use cookies to allow you to maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Labozz only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
